Our Coventry sites provide the perfect blend of cutting-edge infrastructure, robust security, and expert support. Whether you require colocation, private cloud, or dedicated server hosting, we offer tailored solutions designed to meet the highest standards of availability and performance. With resilient connectivity, advanced power systems, and 24/7 monitoring, we ensure your critical systems remain online and protected at all times.
Located in the heart of the UK, our Coventry datacentres offer superb access from Birmingham, Leicester, Oxford, and Warwick by both road and rail. Our primary site for new deployments is Continuity House, but we also operate our “211” facility. We can provide dedicated servers, private cloud, and colocation services across both locations, with dedicated circuits and dark fibre ensuring seamless, high speed interconnection between the two.
UK Servers Continuity House datacentre in Coventry opened at the start of 2023 with the site having been built from the ground up to Tier III/Tier IV design standards to ensure ultra-high availability of power, cooling and network services to clients. The full specification of the site is as follows:
UK Servers Coventry “211” Datacentre opened December 2011 with the site having been fitted out to a TierII/TierIII specification. The facility uses evaporative/adibiatic cooling to achieve a low PuE/power usage efficiency. The full specification of the site is as follows:

Dual 11kV High-Voltage Grid Connections
Our Continuity House data centre is powered by two independent 11kV high-voltage connections to the national grid, providing robust resilience against external power interruptions.
Triple Independent Power Streams
Each 11kV feed is routed into three separate incoming power rooms: Red, Blue and Grey, each equipped with its own cast resin transformer. These step down the voltage from 11,000V to 415V, supplying our substations and linking directly to our onsite diesel generators. The facility can operate at full capacity using just two of the three power streams, ensuring uninterrupted service even during maintenance or faults.
Three 1.3MW Diesel Backup Generators
To safeguard against any loss of mains power, we operate three onsite 1.3MW diesel generators. With 72 hours of fuel stored locally and priority refuelling agreements in place, we are fully prepared to maintain continuous operation during extended grid outages.

Six Legrand KeorMod UPS Systems
Power to our racks is protected by six ultra-efficient Legrand KeorMod UPS systems, configured in an N+1 arrangement. These systems regulate and stabilise voltage to downstream IT equipment, conditioning the mains supply and providing battery-backed power in the event of a mains failure, seamlessly bridging the gap until our generators come online.
Static Transfer Switch (STS) Backed Distribution Boards
Rack power distribution is delivered through our custom PDU’s, each drawing from two separate power streams. Equipped with Socomec static transfer switches, these units can automatically transfer critical loads between AC power sources during a fault or maintenance, without any interruption to equipment.
Dual Power Feeds to Every Rack
Each rack is connected to two independent distribution boards positioned on opposite sides of the datacentre. This dual-feed design ensures that dual-corded equipment receives power from separate sources, further enhancing resilience and uptime.

Fire Suppression with VESDA Detection
Our entire datacentre is safeguarded by a fire suppression system utilising inert gas IG55, ensuring that any detected fire is quickly extinguished without damaging equipment. Detection is enhanced by a VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) system, providing rapid identification and alerting at the earliest signs of smoke.
Access Control and CCTV Monitoring
All entry points are secured with a secure access control system and an anti-tailgating airlock, featuring biometric authentication for authorised access. All visits must be pre-arranged, with visitor movements logged throughout the building and monitored via extensive CCTV coverage.
24/7/365 Onsite Staffing
Our onsite teams are present 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, continuously monitoring not only our security systems but also our critical power and network infrastructure.

1.2Tb/s Connectivity to Site
Our Coventry datacentre delivers exceptional connectivity options, with over 1.2 Tbps of onsite connectivity and diverse routes linking directly to facilities in both London and Manchester. A wide range of carriers maintain a presence within the facility, including Zayo, Colt/Lumen (formerly Level 3), Neos Networks, CityFibre, Glide, BT, and Virgin Media. We offer full dark fibre connectivity between our Coventry datacentres, as well as MPLS and wavelength services to both London Docklands and Manchester datacentre, enabling high-performance interconnects for customers with multi-site requirements.
Diverse Network and Routing
Our own network (AS42831) is powered by the latest Juniper MX 304 400Gbe routers and QFX switches with multiple upstream carriers, including NTT, Level 3, and GTT, ensuring resilient global reach. In addition, we maintain extensive public and private peering arrangements and are active members of LINX (London Internet Exchange) — where we were proud to become the first UK hosting provider to deploy a 400 Gbps port.
800Gb/s Corero DDoS Mitigation
Our edge and core infrastructure is designed for scalability and resilience, capable of absorbing large-scale volumetric DDoS attacks. We also maintain close coordination with our upstream transit providers to enable additional traffic scrubbing when necessary.

180kw Onsite Solar Installation
Our Coventry datacentre features its own roof mounted solar installation with 180kw of PV panels providing a substantial source of onsite renewable energy. The array feeds directly into the datacentre’s power infrastructure, reducing dependency on grid electricity and improving overall energy efficiency.
Latest Green Cooling Systems
Our Coventry datacentre operates a fully closed-loop cooling system, ensuring that little to no external air is brought into the facility. The design uses dry air coolers with integrated heat exchangers, eliminating the need for water and reducing environmental impact. By taking advantage of the UK’s naturally lower winter temperatures, the system achieves highly efficient free-cooling for much of the year, maintaining optimal conditions for equipment while minimising energy consumption.
Energy Efficient UPS Systems
Our power infrastructure is supported by six Legrand KeorMod UPS systems, delivering highly efficient, modular protection for all critical equipment. Their advanced design ensures optimal energy performance, reduced heat output, and exceptional resilience, providing clean, reliable power while minimising operational overheads.

Convenient Location & Free Parking
Our Coventry datacentre is ideally positioned in the heart of the UK, offering excellent access by both road and rail. Visitors benefit from free onsite parking, making equipment deliveries and engineer visits simple and stress-free. Whether arriving from London, Birmingham, or the North West, fast motorway links and nearby public transport ensure smooth travel to and from the facility.
Crown and Cluster British Themed Pub
For meetings, collaboration, or just a change of scenery, our Crown and Cluster British-themed pub area provides a unique and relaxed environment within the datacentre. Styled with traditional pub décor, this comfortable space is perfect for informal discussions, customer visits, or simply taking a breather during longer deployment sessions.
English Garden Breakout Area
Engineers can unwind in our charming traditional English garden-style breakout area, complete with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. It’s the ideal spot to rest after a long day of server racking, offering a quiet and refreshing escape from the technical workspace while still remaining just moments away from the datacentre floor.
