How long have you been trading for?

We have been incorporated since 2004 and providing hosting services within the UK since 2002.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept all major credit/debit cards with the exception of AMEX as well as bank transfer/standing orders and postal cheques. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal.

What is the minimum contract length?

All servers are supplied on a monthly rolling contact basis unless otherwise stated.

How do I control my server?

Windows server customers have access to their server via remote desktop and full root SSH access is provided to customers who choose a unix based operating system. In addition to this our server control portal provides DNS features, remote reboot, uptime monitoring and bandwidth graphs.

What is the charge for operating system re-installs?

There is no charge for operating system re-installs.

What SLA is provided with my server?

Yes, all our servers are provided with a 100.00% uptime SLA. Should the network fall below this level other than planned maintenance you would be entitled to an SLA claim. Please see our terms of service for more details.

How many IPs do you provide with my server?

We are able to provide as many IPs as you require with your server subject to justification. IPs are registered under your company name with RIPE. UK Servers are also able to offer IPv6 addressing.

Where are your servers located?

We operate our own datacentre facility in Coventry in the United Kingdom, as well as this we have private suites at a number of third party datacentres throughout the UK.

How soon after ordering will my server be setup?

UK Servers maintains a wide range of hardware in stock enabling us to offer rapid deployment of your server and in most cases we are able to offer same day setup.
