Our colocation services provides your hardware with a secure, stable, and professionally managed home. Because we own and operate our own datacentre, there’s no third-party involvement, just direct access, full control, and one point of contact. That means fewer delays, faster support, and no disconnect between provider and facility.
We are able to offer colocation within our Coventry datacentre as well as dedicated lockable rack space. Our datacentre is conveniently located at the heart of the Midlands and enables us to provide easily accessible colocation services to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Warwick and Northampton.

Yes, with our lockable rack space services, you have unescorted access to your racks. Access requests should be submitted at least 15 minutes prior to visiting the site.
Yes, we are ISO 27001:2022 certified, ensuring our commitment to information security and best practices.
We offer flexible connectivity options, with most customers opting for dual uplinks from diverse switches, available via copper or single-mode LC fibre. We support a range of port speeds including 1Gb, 10Gb, 40Gb, 100Gb, and even 400Gb. Additionally, we provide 95th percentile bandwidth billing, as well as options for monthly data transfer (TB) limits or flat, unmetered ports.
95th percentile bandwidth billing means that your bandwidth usage is calculated based on the highest 5% of your traffic. This helps avoid billing for short, unexpected spikes in traffic while ensuring you only pay for sustained usage. It’s a fair method for those with fluctuating traffic patterns.
No, you do not need to bring your own IP addresses. We can provide you with IP addresses, and we can also announce your own IP subnets through our AS (Autonomous System).
Yes, we are carrier neutral, which means you are welcome to bring your own carriers onsite and connect them directly to your rack space.
Yes, we can provide MPLS cross-connect circuits to all major London datacentres, with most customers opting to connect back to Telehouse.
Yes, we can provide network connections to AWS Direct Connect, allowing you to establish a dedicated network connection to AWS.
Yes, we offer network connections to Azure ExpressRoute, enabling a private, high-throughput connection to Azure services.
We have a wide range of carriers onsite at our Coventry datacentre who you can obtain connectivity from directly should you wish not to opt for our own IP Connecitivity services, these include Zayo, Lumen, NEOS Networks, Virgin Media, BT, City Fibre, and Glide.
Our racks come equipped with Power Distribution Units (PDU’s) (power bars). However, you will need to bring your own cabling, rails, and switches/network equipment.
Yes, you can connect your server directly into our uplink. Many of our customers, particularly those opting for our 1/8th rack service, choose to connect their servers directly to our network uplinks for greater flexibility and performance.
We offer customers the option to commit to a minimum power allocation, calculated as an average amp (A) usage for their monthly service rental. If the committed power is exceeded, an overage rate will apply. We bill based on amps (current) rather than kWh, as amps can be directly measured and averaged across multiple racks. This method simplifies billing by avoiding the need to constantly track energy consumption over time. Billing by amps provides more predictable costs, as it reflects the steady power draw of your equipment, making it easier for customers to estimate their power usage without worrying about fluctuating real-time consumption.
