Our Foundation Server Management is included with every service we provide. It comes with a 100% network and power uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement), plus a one hour hardware replacement guarantee. We also ensure that an engineer begins investigating any support ticket within 20 minutes of submission through our portal. For complete peace of mind, our engineers are available 24/7/365 via freephone to help assist with keeping server running seamlessly.

Enhanced Management

Our Enhanced Server Management plan is the most affordable option that includes our Proactive Monitoring service. It comes with a 30 minute hardware SLA and a guaranteed 15 minute response time for critical support tickets, ensuring any service issues are addressed without delay. This plan also includes scheduled server software updates at a time convenient to you, full monitoring of configured backups, and one hour of application management each month.

Ultimate Management

Our Ultimate Management plan includes all the features of the Enhanced package, with an even faster SLA for critical support tickets, plus two hours of server management each month. On top of this, we provide quarterly and on-demand load and performance testing of your website or application, as well as a dedicated account manager who will conduct three annual service review meetings either remotely or in person at our UK datacentre.
