pfSense Virtual Firewall

Our pfSense virtual firewalls are fully dedicated firewalls designed for high availability, meaning in the event of a hardware failure, the virtual firewall will continue to run on another host, ensuring minimal disruption. With a dedicated 10Gb/s uplink, you can be confident that your network will operate at high speeds with reliable performance. We offer two service levels to fit your needs, both backed by our experienced team of experts.

The Basic Managed (setup and support) service includes the initial setup of your pfSense firewall, where we configure the device with basic firewall rules according to your requirements. In addition, we provide support to help recover the system should any issues arise. For those who need more comprehensive management, the Fully Managed service includes full setup and configuration, VPN tunnel management, and 24/7 monitoring with proactive support. We also offer a high availability setup with two pfSense firewalls configured using CARP to ensure zero downtime failover for your network, providing an additional layer of reliability.

Our Sophos XG Virtual Firewalls provide enterprise-grade security with high availability, ensuring minimal disruption in case of hardware failure. Hosted on our cloud platform each firewall having a dedicated 10Gb/s uplink, these firewalls deliver reliable, high-speed performance. Our pfSense and Sophos firewalls are software-based, hosted in a cloud environment with 140Gb/s of upstream connectivity. In the event of hardware failure, the firewall will automatically start on another server within the cluster, ensuring minimal downtime. Additionally, we offer the option to configure two pfSense/Sophos firewalls in High Availability (HA)/CARP for enhanced redundancy at an additional cost.

For Juniper firewalls, which are single hardware devices, we can provide the option to implement two hardware devices in an Active-Active failover configuration for added resilience, if required.
