Ben first joined UK Servers in 2013 as a Datacentre Engineer. After gaining valuable experience as a Network Engineer at a Tier 1 carrier, he returned to UK Servers in 2024 as Technical Lead. With extensive technical expertise and a deep understanding of customer requirements, Ben plays a pivotal role in ensuring that UK Servers delivers high quality, reliable solutions to its clients.

Lukasz Swiatek
Lukasz joined UK Servers in 2018 as a Level 3 Technical Engineer. With his deep understanding of the business and strong connections with the team, he quickly progressed through the ranks. In 2025, Lukasz was promoted to Head of Deployments & Operations, where he now leads the team in delivering seamless, high-quality deployments and operational efficiency.
