Since 2003 UK Servers have been providing enterprise hosting solutions and managed communications services to small businesses in the UK and overseas. UK Servers custom technology solutions allow both our small and large customers to rapidly deploy on-demand hosting and utility computing solutions.
UK Servers operates and maintains its own BGP4 Juniper routed network, AS3241, the network uses multiple high-availability protocols to allow near hitless failover of all its core routers and switches. We are able to provision dedicated servers with both IPv4 and IPv6 addressing. We are one of the few dedicated server providers to operate their own private datacentre facility within Coventry in the United Kingdom however in addition to this we are also able to offer servers hosted at other datacentres throughout the UK.
Customer support is paramount at UK Servers and we are proud of the level of support we provide to our customers, we guarantee a ten minute response time to trouble tickets submitted through our helpdesk 24/7/365. We operate a 24/7 staffed network operations centre, with experienced helpful engineers. Our customers are always able to speak to a person and there are no automated telephone systems or callback services to deal with. We only use equipment from leading manufacturers, including Supermicro, 3Ware, Seagate and Intel ensuring you receive a solid, stable service from which you can operate and grow your business.
